Made-to-Order Items:
All American Bugle LLC products are made to order (printed specifically for each customer). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
Ordering an incorrect item by mistake
Please review product details and size charts before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (We’ll Make It Right):
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing/manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on the situation.
Report window:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
What to include in your email:
Order number
A clear photo of the issue (and packaging photos if the item was damaged in transit)
Returns Address / Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval
Please do not mail items back to the return address on the package. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions.
Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when we determine an exception is appropriate for a confirmed issue.
