These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the American Bugle LLC website and any purchases made through it (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Us  
American Bugle LLC (“American Bugle,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates this Site.

2) Eligibility & Use of the Site  
You agree you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or you have permission of a parent/guardian) and that you will use the Site lawfully and not for any fraudulent purpose.

3) Products & Made-to-Order Items  
Many of our items are made to order. Product images are for display purposes and may vary slightly from the final product (for example, due to lighting, screen settings, or print placement within normal production tolerances).  
If mockups contain a watermark, the final printed product will not include that watermark.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment  
All prices are shown on the Site and are subject to change at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount of your order.

5) Order Acceptance, Changes, and Cancellations  
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, product availability, or other issues.  
Because many items are made to order and may enter production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be sent to support@americanbugle.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

6) Shipping and Delivery  
Shipping and delivery estimates shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production time, carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, customs (international), or address problems.  
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges  
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We will assist with confirmed issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect items as described in our Refund Policy.

8) Promotions and Discount Codes  
Promotions, discount codes, and free shipping offers (if any) are subject to change, may be limited by time, product, availability, destination, or other conditions, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

9) Intellectual Property  
All content on the Site, including product designs, images, graphics, logos, product names, and text, is owned by or licensed to American Bugle LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)  
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant American Bugle LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for store operations and marketing, unless prohibited by law.  
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

11) Prohibited Conduct  
You agree not to:  
- Use the Site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes  
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems  
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site  
- Misuse discount codes, exploit errors, or attempt to manipulate pricing or checkout processes  
- Upload or transmit malware, spyware, or other harmful code

12) Disclaimer of Warranties  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Bugle LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification  
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Bugle LLC from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state/jurisdiction in which American Bugle LLC is organized or operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise required by law.

16) Changes to These Terms  
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
