Free U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing Time (Order Production)
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Shipping Time (In Transit)
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Total estimated delivery time: about 5–12 business days (processing + shipping).

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes different items (for example, men’s, women’s, and youth styles), your products may be produced by different print providers and may ship separately. In that case, you may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved in tracking for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund for the item cost. Once an item is printed, production costs are non-refundable.
